Set of four Evaporation Pads and one replacement Silvertex®, compatible with the Meaco Armin® Evaporative Humidifier.
We recommend rotating the Evaporation Pads for maximum use and replacing them every 3-6 months. With the Silvertex® you may need to rinse it with warm water in hard water areas to prevent limescale build up and we recommend replacing it once a year.

What is Silvertex®?
Silvertex® is a revolutionary water sterilization pad made of pure silver and PET. It actively combats germs and microorganisms in the humidifier’s water tank, preventing their rapid growth. Meaco is proud to be the only European humidifier brand to use Silvertex®, setting a new standard in air quality.
Why does it matter?
Water in humidifiers can easily become a breeding ground for germs and microorganisms. Stagnant water in a warm environment, constantly exposed to air, creates the perfect conditions for harmful microbes to double every 20 minutes. Silvertex® addresses this problem by releasing positive silver ions into the water. These ions disrupt the growth cycle of microorganisms, ensuring the air emitted from your humidifier is fresh, clean, and free of harmful germs.
How does it work? Silvertex® is made from Pure silver and PET. There is silver coated yarn inside Silvertex® creating a high surface area of silver. Silver ions move from the silver into the water - positive silver ions stop the germs and microorganisms from doubling.
