Returns
We really hoped you liked your Meaco product, however we understand sometimes things don't work out. If you need to make a return, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. If a request is not made within 14 days from the date of delivery, we cannot accept unwanted returns. If you have requested a return but have not had a response from our team, this will still be accepted provided the request was made within the 14 days and the product is in a resalable condition.

I bought this fan a few months ago and I’m very happy with it. It’s incredibly quiet, and for the first time, my cat isn’t scared or bothered by the sound of a fan! 🐱❤️ It also works really well and gives a great airflow. Highly recommend, especially if you have a noise-sensitive pet!

Thought the fan looked great, worked well for a very short period, now very juddery when rotating left and right, raised a concern, constant auto replies we are very busy due to the hot weather and demand, over two months still no answer

Nice fan, looks nice, is very quiet at lower settings.
However, running it at anything above speed level 4 & there's a clunking sound in the background - not always, but it is very annoying & wakes me up if it starts clunking during the night.
I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers like myself, who may need to have it on while trying to sleep - sadly, it's just too noisy during the night
